Multi-party computation (MPC) is a cryptographic technique that allows multiple parties to jointly compute a function over their inputs without revealing those inputs to each other. By distributing computations across multiple parties, MPC enables secure IoT data sharing by ensuring that sensitive data remains private and confidential throughout the computation process. Each party only learns the output of the computation while keeping their input data private. This way, multiple stakeholders can collaborate and analyze IoT data without compromising individual privacy or data security.
