Which country or groups are suspected to be behind major ransomware attacks?
There are several countries and groups suspected to be behind major ransomware attacks. Some of the well-known ones include Russia-based groups like REvil (also known as Sodinokibi), DarkSide, and Fancy Bear (APT28), as well as North Korea-based groups like Lazarus Group. Additionally, there are individual hackers and cybercriminal organizations from various countries that engage in ransomware attacks.
